Lost Inspired Shirts for Pre-Order

The pre-order system for the 'Lost' inspired t-shirts has raised questions from some of you, so here's a quick question and answer list incase you're unsure of what happens next.


When will I receive my order?
The latest 'Lost' inspired shirts are NOT in stock when we open up the pre-order format to buyers, so before they can be sent out and orders are fulfilled we need to have them printed. This is communicated on this site as well as DarkUFO, where nearly everyone comes from to pre-order their shirts. As soon as they are printed and delivered to us we will send them out. This will be by the beginning of March. We cannot send anything out until they have all been printed and checked by ourselves.

The Drive Shaft, Mittelos Bioscience, and Black Rock shirts ARE in stock and available to purchase as normal.
Please note: If you pre-order a shirt and buy others with it we will dispatch anything currently in stock separately.


Why were they not in stock before the pre-order system was used?
Soley because we want to make sure that everyone has a chance to order and not miss out. We could have had a small amount printed and for sale, and then lots of you would have missed out and had to wait for weeks to get one. There would have been no way of knowing the demand unless we opened it up for pre-orders and let everyone tell us what they wanted.

I live outside the UK, when will I receive my order?
Obviously being an international buyer you'll know that things can take a little longer to get to you, and this will be no different from that. Your order will be dispatched at the same time as anyone living in the UK, but it'll take longer to arrive. We'll do all we can to get them to you quickly and safely, but it's likely to be the second week in March before you receive your order.

I didn't realise things would take so long, can I have a refund?
You may of course have a refund on your order, just contact us and we'll take care of it. The pre-order system was made clear by ourselves and by DarkUFO. Every product page had stated that the shirts were "AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER ONLY" and there was a link in place next to that to explain the process. 99% of buyers come from DarkUFO, where it was also made clear in the title of the post and the description of the shirts.

If you have missed the details regarding the pre-order process BEFORE ordering from us then I'm afraid that's out of our hands. We did all we could to make sure that it was clear, and this process was only put in place so that everyone could get a chance to order one of the shirts.
