How can I pay for my order?
At this moment we only take payments online, and all orders are paid for using PayPal's secure server.
You do not need to own a PayPal account to pay for your order, and you won't need to sign up for one to buy from us. PayPal's server is 100% secure, and you can make your payment using your credit or debit card, or via your PayPal balance if you have an account with them.

Will ordering from you be secure?
Yes, PayPal's server is 100% secure, and as such neither us nor anyone else will see your card details. Look for the padlock symbol after the initial address stage of the checkout. Your information will never be used for any other purpose than fulfilling your order with us, and PayPal do not share your card information with ourselves.

Will I be sent confirmation when my order is placed?
Yes, we send a confirmation email once your order has been accepted. We also send a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched, along with an order number for future reference. Should you wish to enquire about your order you can quote the order number supplied in these emails.

How much is delivery and what are my options?
We offer an array of delivery options for both UK and international customers. Please see our Delivery Details page for full information regarding standard delivery and recorded delivery options, and their quoted costs.

Can I return my order for an exchange or refund?
Yes you can. You may return your order for either an exchange or full refund (minus any original postage costs) within 30 days from receipt. All items MUST be returned to us in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Any items returned to us which are NOT in the same condition we supplied them to you will not be refunded or exchanged. Any items returned to us after 30 days of receipt will not be refunded or exchanged, unless otherwise agreed upon by ourselves.

All items returned to us are returned at your own expense, unless we are directly responsible for providing you with an incorrect item, a faulty item, or the wrong size. In these instances we will also refund any postage costs incurred for returning the item(s) to us.

Please contact us before returning any items, quoting your order number for reference. We will reply promptly with details of where you should return your item(s) along with a reference number if one is necessary.

Which shirts do you use for your designs?
All our shirt designs are printed onto Gildan Ultra Heavyweight T-shirts unless otherwise stated. Generally these are t-shirts designed for men, however a small size may be suitable for ladies. The shirts are pre-shrunk and are a 'normal' fit as opposed to a tighter 'fashion' fit. They are all 100% cotton unless otherwise stated and they weigh approx 200gsm.

Why don't you have a range for women?
We will eventually have a range of 'Ladyfit' shirts especially for you, but in the short term we are sticking to mens sizes. Because the ladyfit sizes would be quite small it would require us making a new smaller screen for every single one of our designs, as the current screens would be too large to print onto a much smaller shirt. As we have only just launched the site we are still assessing all options with regards to sizing, but having a range of sizes for women is definitely something we will be offering in the future.

And why don't you have any sizes larger than XL?
Again, in order to supply sizes larger than an XL we would need to make a new screen for every design, purely because the current screens would be too small to print onto an XXL or an XXXL. It's something we will be offering in the future.

Do you have a size guide?
Yes, see below. This information can also be found quickly on each product page by clicking the 'size guide' button to show or hide the sizes. Please be aware that all our shirts are a regular fit as opposed to a 'fashion fit', so they are loose fitting. A mens size medium may be suitable for a 42' chest if you'd like it tight fitted, for example.

SMALL:  Chest = 36'
MEDIUM:  Chest = 38-40'
LARGE:  Chest = 42-44'
X-LARGE:  Chest = 46-48'

Are the shirt images accurate?
We make every effort to make sure that the images featured on our website are representitive of the actual product. However, everybody uses different colour settings on their monitors, so sometimes a shirt can look a little lighter or darker when it is received by you. If you are not completely satisfied when you receive your order you may of course return your items for a refund or exchange.

Can I feature you on my website?
