Delivery Details & Information

We have an array of options to choose from when selecting which delivery method to use for your order.
Our standard delivery options (oulined below) are NOT sent via recorded delivery, although we do keep proof of postage, so you may wish to upgrade your delivery option to one which is fully tracked and recorded for added peace of mind.

Please note:
Any orders dispatched via standard delivery WILL NOT be refunded should you make a claim for an unreceived order.
We recommend using a tracked service if you anticipate any problems with delivery to your area.
This notice forms part of our terms and conditions agreed upon at checkout.

Standard UK Delivery (FREE)
We offer FREE delivery to our UK based customers. With this option your order IS NOT tracked or recorded, although we always keep a record of postage. We aim to dispatch all UK based orders within 24 hours, and you can expect your order to be delivered within 2-5 working days. If you wish for your order to be tracked we recommend upgrading delivery to UK Next Day Delivery.

UK Next Day Delivery (£5.95)
If your order is urgent, or you wish to have your order tracked and signed for, we offer Next Day Delivery for UK orders placed before 2.00pm. Your order will be sent via special delivery and will need to be signed for once delivered. We will keep tracking details of your order, available on request.

EU European Delivery (£3.95) + £1.00 for each additional item
For our European customers all orders will be charged £3.95 for the first item, and each additional item will cost an extra £1.00 on top of your current delivery total. This will be calculated at the checkout and is based on item weight. This is the standard cost for European delivery and IS NOT tracked or recorded, although we will keep a record of postage. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and will take anywhere between 2-9 working days to arrive. If you wish to have your order tracked and recorded we recommend upgrading delivery to EU European Tracking.

EU European Tracking (£4.50) + standard European Delivery charge (see above)
With EU European Tracking delivery your order will cost an additional £4.50 on top of any standard charges outlined above, but your order will be fully tracked and recorded for added peace of mind. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and will take anywhere between 2-9 working days to arrive.

International Delivery (£6.95) + £1.00 for each additional item
All international customers (outside of the UK and EU) should choose this option for standard international delivery. International orders will be charged at £6.95 for the first item, and each additional item will cost and extra £1.00 on top of your current delivery total. This will be calculated at the checkout and is based on item weight. This is the standard cost for international delivery and IS NOT tracked or recorded, although we will keep a record of postage. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and will take anywhere between 2-14 working days to arrive. If you wish to have your order tracked and recorded we recommend upgrading delivery to International Tracking.
